margin-top: 0cm; mso-margin-bottom-alt: 8.0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">(2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Auf Vorschlag des Vorstandes kann die Mitgliederversammlung Ehrenmitglieder auf Lebenszeit ernennen.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; mso-margin-bottom-alt: 8.0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">(3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den Erwerb der Mitgliedschaft ist ein schriftlicher oder m\u00fcndlicher Aufnahmeantrag, der an den Vorstand gerichtet werden soll. Bei beschr\u00e4nkt gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00e4higen, insbesondere Minderj\u00e4hrigen, ist der Antrag auch von dem gesetzlichen Vertreter zu unterzeichnen. Dieser verpflichtet sich damit zur Zahlung des Mitgliedsbeitrages f\u00fcr den beschr\u00e4nkt Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00e4higen.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; mso-margin-bottom-alt: 8.0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">(4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Der Vorstand entscheidet \u00fcber den Aufnahmeantrag nach freiem Ermessen. Bei Ablehnung des Antrages ist er nicht verpflichtet, dem Antragsteller die Gr\u00fcnde mitzuteilen. Der Antragsteller hat jedoch das Recht, innerhalb eines Monats nach Zugang des ablehnenden Bescheides, die Mitgliederversammlung anzurufen, die endg\u00fcltig \u00fcber diesen Aufnahmeantrag zu entscheiden hat. Diese werden in geheimer Wahl gew\u00e4hlt, wobei \u00fcber die einzelnen Listenl\u00e4tze jeweils gesondert abgestimmt wird. Gew\u00e4hlt ist, wer die absolute Mehrheit der abgegebenen Stimmen auf sich vereinigt. Erreicht niemand die absolute Mehrheit der Stimmen, so findet ein zweiter Wahlgang statt; bei mehreren Kandidaten bzw. Kandidatinnen als Stichwahl zwischen den Beiden mit den meisten Stimmen. Jede ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df einberufene Mitgliederversammlung ist ohne R\u00fccksicht auf die Zahl der anwesenden Mitglieder beschlussf\u00e4hig.
